- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee
- No-shows will be charged the full service amount
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Weather-related cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis

Clients are responsible for following venue rules and maintaining a safe environment.
- Follow all posted venue rules and guidelines
- Maintain proper cleanliness and respect for the space
- Use venue facilities properly and return them to their original state
- Keep all areas clear and safe for all guests
- Report any safety concerns immediately to venue staff
6. Liability and Insurance
Clients are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests while using our venue.
- Basic liability coverage is included in all venue rentals
- Clients are liable for any damage to venue property
- Additional insurance coverage is available for purchase
- We are not liable for personal belongings left at the venue
- Report all incidents to our staff immediately

We respect your privacy and protect your personal information in accordance with applicable laws.
- Personal information is collected only as necessary for our services
- We do not share personal information with third parties without consent
